Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked as a research assistant for 5 ½ years at the Harvard Forest in Petersham, MA. While there I earned a Master of Science degree in Botany from the University of Massachusetts. I obtained a teaching certificate in Elementary Education from Fitchburg State College in the fall of 1999.
I have been the computer teacher at Holy Rosary School/Holy Family Academy since 2000. I am certified to teach Middle School Biology, and for many years have taught science as well as computers. I became the 6th grade homeroom teacher in 2016 and now teach 6th grade Religion, 6th and 7th grade sciences and computers to grades K-8.
Outside of school, I am a parishioner of Holy Cross Parish in E. Templeton. In my free time I enjoy reading and going to the movies. I am also the proud parent of two daughters, both of them Holy Rosary School alumni and now college graduates, one from BU and one from Hofstra University.
