Ms. Racette joined this school community in 2000 as a computers teacher. She later took on science classes in 2002 and became the 6th grade homeroom teacher in 2016 and also took on middle school math classes. She also has two daughters who graduated from Holy Rosary School.
Ms. Racette's academic background is in Animal Science, Plant and Soil Science, and Botany. She previously worked as a research assistant at the Harvard Forest and completed her teaching certification at Fitchburg State.
Ms. Racette says her Catholic faith is important to her because God is meant to be all important and the center of our lives, and the Catholic church exists to draw us close to God, especially through the Eucharist and other sacraments. As a teacher in a Catholic school, Ms. Racette believes she has the privilege of participating in the mission of the church by sharing with her students about God and the Catholic church and trying to help them grow in their faith.
