There are two primary sources of financial aid at Holy Family Academy. The first is Diocesan K-8 Tuition Assistance, referred to as "Grant-in-Aid." This form of financial aid requires families complete the Online Grant-in-Aid application process by the deadline established by the Worcester Diocese. The deadline for the 2024-2025 school year is March 8, 2024.
The second resource of financial assistance includes Holy Family Academy school based financial aid and school based scholarships. The application materials for this source of financial assistance requires completion of the online or paper Holy Family Academy School based Financial Aid application and/or the online or paper Holy Family Academy Scholarship Information and Interest form. These forms are included with the registration information and applications are due later in the spring. A team member from Holy Family Academy will be in contact with you throughout the registration process regarding any additional application materials required and due dates for this type of assistance.

Grant-In-Aid
This aid is awarded by the Diocese of Worcester to students whose families meet certain financial guidelines. Completion of the online Grant-In-Aid application process is required here. Families that qualify will be notified, and payments of the awards are made by the Diocese to the school and applied directly to the family account.
Work-Off Program
This aid program allows family member to have a portion of their school-based volunteering hours converted into a financial rebate that may be flexibly used by families as they see fit.
The Watkins Grants
These grants (of various amounts) are awarded by the school to students whose families are active parishioners in Annunciation Parish based upon demonstrated financial need. Completion of the Grant-In-Aid process (or in some cases a confidential financial review) is required to qualify and to document student need.
The Kymalinen Fund Grants
These grants (of various amounts) are awarded by the school to students based upon demonstrated financial need. Completion of the Grant-In-Aid process (or in some cases a confidential financial review) is required to qualify and to document student need.
St. Paul Consortium Grants
These grants are made possible by the St. Paul Catholic School Consortium. The school has received an amount of funding to be awarded (in various amounts) to students with a commitment to their education, positive moral character, and demonstrated need. Completion of the Grant-In-Aid process (or in some cases a confidential financial review) is required to qualify and to document student need
The Mary-Ellen Chanley Preschool Student Grants
These grants, given in memory of May-Ellen Chanley who was so dedicated to our preschool program, are awarded by the school to preschool students based upon demonstrated financial need. Completion of the Grant-In-Aid process (or in some cases a confidential financial review) is required to qualify and to document student need.
Annunciation Parish Registration Fee Grant
These grants, equal to the family registration fee for families of students K to 8th ($250). They are awarded by the Pastor upon recommendation of the Director of Enrollment and Principal of the school.
Angel Fund/Needy Child Grants
These grants (of various amounts) are made possible through the generosity of the parishioners of Annunciation Parish and are intended for students of families demonstrating financial hardships. Completion of the Grant-In-Aid process (or in some cases a confidential financial review) is required to qualify and to document student need. These grants are awarded by the Pastor upon recommendation of the Director of Enrollment and Principal of the school.
