There are two primary sources of financial aid at Holy Family Academy. The first is Diocesan K-8 Tuition Assistance, referred to as "Grant-in-Aid." This form of financial aid requires families complete the Online Grant-in-Aid application process by the deadline established by the Worcester Diocese. The deadline for the 2022-2023 school year is March 4, 2022.
The second resource of financial assistance includes Holy Family Academy school based aid and school based scholarships. The application materials for school based financial aid requires completion of the online or paper Holy Family Academy School based Financial Aid application and/or the online or paper Holy Family Academy Scholarship Information and Interest form. These forms are included with the registration information and applications are due later in the spring. A team member from Holy Family Academy will be in contact with you throughout the registration process regarding any additional application materials required and due dates for this type of assistance.
FACTS Management is the web based platform that manages the tuition payment plans and Diocesan Financial Aid application process, known as "Grant-in-Aid," at Holy Family Academy.
Families wishing to apply for Diocesan Financial Aid opportunities must apply through the FACTS Portal by the deadline set by the Diocese. The deadline for the 2022-2023 school year is March 4, 2022. More information about instructions can be found here.
Families who wish to pay their tuition payments in installment payment plans over the year also must register with the FACTS system. Families who are re-enrolling at Holy Family Academy and already have a FACTS account for tuition payment plans will automatically be rolled over into the next academic year.
