Process for filing for FACTS Grant & Aid
The following steps must be done by Friday March 4, 2022 in order for your application
to be considered for Diocese based financial assistance.

1. Register, at Holy Family Academy, your child(ren) for the 2022/2023 school year
2. Apply for FACTS Grant & Aid
3. Complete application
   1. Paying application fee ($35.00)
   2. Submitting required tax returns & W2’s for tax year 2020 or 2021.
